This Privacy Policy explains what information Motif Studio ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website or purchase Email That Sells, and how we use it.

- Payment info: processed through our payment provider (we don't store full card details on our servers)
- Course activity: which lessons you've viewed, progress, downloads — collected through Thinkific
- Communications: emails you send us, messages in the Course community (if any)
- Technical info: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, referral source — collected through standard analytics tools
2. How We Use It
We use your information to:
- Deliver the Course and your account access
- Process payments and refunds
- Send course-related emails (welcome, lesson updates, important notices)
- Send marketing emails (only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve the Course and our website
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Who We Share It With
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business:
- Thinkific — our course platform
- Stripe / PayPal — to process payments
- Mailchimp — to send emails
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — to understand site usage
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business sale or merger.
