Welcome to Email for Ecomm (the "Course"), operated by Hesh Solutions, operating as Motif Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the Course.

1. The Course

Email That Sells is a self-paced online course delivered through Thinkific. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course materials for your own learning and use within your business.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with anyone else. Each purchase grants access to one person. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend access without a refund.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in USD and are charged at the time of purchase. We may offer early bird pricing, promotional discounts, or payment plans from time to time. Prices listed on the site at the time of your purchase are the prices that apply to you.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for extenuating circumstances. To request a refund, email hello@motif.studio within that window. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Refund requests may be denied if there's no extenuating circumstance, or if there is evidence of substantial course completion or content downloading.

5. Intellectual Property

All Course materials — videos, slides, templates, worksheets, written content — are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials
• Post Course content publicly (including on social media, blogs, or other courses)
• Use the materials to create a competing course or product
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce the videos for distribution

You may use templates and frameworks taught in the Course inside your own business or your clients' businesses.

6. No Guarantees

The Course teaches strategies and frameworks for email marketing. Your results will depend on your business, your effort, your list, your products, and many other factors outside our control. We make no guarantees about revenue, list growth, or business outcomes. Any examples, case studies, or numbers shared are for illustration — not promises.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Course or its community spaces (if any) to harass other students, post spam, share illegal content, or behave in ways that disrupt the learning environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone violating this, without a refund.

8. Third-Party Tools

The Course references third-party platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.). We're not affiliated with or responsible for these companies or their services. Pricing, features, and policies of those tools are their own.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Course at any time, subject to the refund policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the Course after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
